MÜHLHAUS COFFEE is seeking an all star marketer to build and manage customer acquisition across multiple channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead creative efforts to refine, analyze, and serve content to our target customer primarily on digital channels. They will track metrics on a weekly, daily, and monthly basis. They will help guide brand and marketing developments and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. They will plan, design, execute, and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across any/all channels, including paid social, search, podcasts, and beyond. They will take large or leading role in working with consultants to execute e-commerce product and customer experience. 


  • Developing daily/weekly/monthly strategies and deploying budgets for all performance-driven digital marketing programs, especially Facebook and Google AdWords/Ads 
  • Come up with new creative concepts that market our products in innovative ways 
  • Segment customers and devise strategies to reach various target audiences 
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research efforts 
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering to implement changes to fuel acquisition and retention 
  • Manage product launches across all channels 
  • Help manage e-commerce, design, and technical staff/sub-contractors for e-commerce and marketing efforts
